Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless noted (due to holidays, vacatios, etc). Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind vintage or antique finds, we take extra care in packaging to ensure safe delivery. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please note that larger or fragile items may require additional handling time or cost. 

Flat Rate Shipping Costs
Orders $0-74.99 = $9.95
Orders $75-199.99 = $14.95
Orders $200-499.99 = $19.95
Orders $500+ = $24.95

Local Pickup
Local pickup is always free & preferred at our Narrowsburg, NY shop by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll notify you when your item is ready.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in a specific item, please contact us directly to explore options.

Packaging
All items are packed with care, using recycled and sustainable materials when possible. We specialize in shipping fragile vintage and antique goods safely.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
